13.1.3 Adjustment of the drilling depth
The moving range of the drilling device is limited by an
adjustment screw (A).
The drilling depth can be set, by adjusting the screw.
13.1.4 Adjusting down holds (BBM 35PNEU)
The machine is provided with two pneumatic down holds (A).
They can be adjusted in their position.
The minimum distance between the down holds is about 160 mm.
The maximum distance depends on the length of the pneumatic hose
and is about 370 mm.
To position the down holds, start with loosen the screws (B). Move the
down holds along the slot until (C) the desired position is reached.
Tighten the screws again.
13.1.5 Changing the drilling gear
The machine is able to drill hinge slots of two different kinds.
Possible hinge slot types: Hettich / Blum
To change between the two types, the drilling gear as to be switched.
Originally the drilling gear for Blum is equipped.
