SK3000 Systems
The door seal is inflated by a compressor located
on top of the waste tank next to the hydraulic
unit. An electronic sensor on the rear door jam
senses when the door is closed and activates the
compressor to inflate the door seal. The compres -
sor automatically maintains the seal at the proper
pressure to ensure a tight seal.
Notice:
It is important that the door seal and door
jam are thoroughly cleaned before the door
is closed. Debris on the door seal area can
damage the door seal or prevent a good seal.
Once the seal has inflated, activate the vacuum
system and check the seal area for leaks. If
vacuum is leaking around the door, the problem
could be that the door didn’t close properly, there
is debris on the seal or the seal is damaged. Find
and correct the problem before operating the
system.
Notice:
The system will not be able to develop enough
vacuum if the waste tank or vacuum canister
doors are not closed and sealed properly or a
drain valve is open.
