ATTENTION!
Risk of burns! The emitted steam is hot!
Never aim the stream of steam at other people. The steam is hot and may
cause burns.
Never aim the stream of steam directly at electrical devices or devices
containing electrical components (TV set, radio, electric oven).
Do not aim the stream of steam at unprotected wooden surfaces, vulnerable
grouts, cold glass or plastics.
The device can be used as long as there is water in the tank. When the tank is
empty, disconnect the device from the mains, and wait for it to cool down, refill
the water tank and continue using the steamer.
7.9 Troubleshooting
PROBLEMS SOLUTION
The device does not heat up • Make sure it is connected to a ma-
ins outlet.
• Check the power cord for damage.
• Check if the device is turned on; the
dial should be set to one of 4 ope-
rating modes.
The device does not generate steam
The LED does not light up
• Make sure the device is plugged to
a mains outlet and turned on.
• Check the water level and the
tightness of the water filler cap.
• Check the power cord for damage.
Steamer head leaks water • Make sure the hose is not tangled
or knotted.
• Make sure the water filler cap is
firmly screwed on.
The steam is emitted intermittently • It is normal when the steam is
emitted every few seconds. If this
persists, make sure the device is
plugged in, turned on, the power
cord is not damaged, and that there
is water in the tank.
