20. Do not touch the device with wet hands.
21. Never aim the steam stream at other people or animals.
22. Do not use the device in the vicinity of flammable fabrics (curtains, carpets). Do
not place the device next to sources of high temperature, such as gas stoves
or electric ovens.
23. Use the device carefully and put it back on a stable and even surface.
24. Disconnect the device from the mains when not in use and before cleaning.
Before moving or cleaning the device, wait for it to cool down.
25. If the device is covered by or touches a flammable material, there is a risk of
fire.
26. Do not clean the device with corrosive cleaning agents.
27. Risk of burns! Do not touch the hot surfaces and avoid exposure to the steam
emitted from the device. Hold the device only by its handle.
28. Never aim the stream of steam at other people. The steam is hot and may
cause burns.
29. Never aim the stream of steam directly at electrical devices or devices
containing electrical components (TV set, radio, electric oven).
30. Do not aim the stream of steam at unprotected wooden surfaces, vulnerable
grouts, cold glass or plastics.
31. Never turn the device upside down or lay it on the side when it is turned on.
32. Never add any cleaning agents, fragrances, scented oils or other chemicals to
the water tank. Such agents may damage the device and make it dangerous to
use.
33. Only use distilled or boiled water to fill the water tank.
34. Always disconnect the device from the mains before filling or emptying the
water tank.
35. Observe caution when emptying the water tank – risk of burns caused by hot
water.
36. After finishing the work with the device and prior to its maintenance, wait for it
to cool down.
37. Use the device only for its intended purpose.
38. Keep this user manual. If possible, keep the packaging as well.
39. If the device is passed on to another user, it must be accompanied by this
manual.
