(21) Bobbin winder/ Sewing and bobbin winding switch - used for smooth
and even winding of the bobbin lower thread. The bobbin winder also
functions as the sewing/bobbin winding mode switch.
(22) Carry handle - facilitates transporting the machine.
(23) Needle raising and lowering dial - controls the movement of the thread
and needle lifter. Always rotate the dial towards yourself.
(24) Socket for the foot controller plug - on the back of the machine. Plug
the foot controller into it before you start sewing.
(25) Socket for the power adapter plug - on the back of the machine. Connect
the power adapter cord to it.
(26) Power adapter - connected on one side to the AC mains socket, and on
the other side to the socket for the power adapter plug in the machine.
(27) Foot controller - used to start and stop the machine. Press and hold it
to start sewing, release to stop.
(28) Presser foot lifter - used for raising and lowering the presser foot.
Raise the presser foot before threading the machine and to remove the
fabric. Lower the presser foot lifter before sewing.
(29) On/off switch of the embedded light - used to illuminate the sewn
material.
(30) Under the faceplate , there is the take-up lever, the light, the tensioning
mechanism, and other parts.
(31) Spool with the upper thread - holds the thread and directs it to the
tensioning disks. At the top of the machine, there is a diagram indicating
the spot where the thread is pulled through the guide.
(32) Bobbin case - holds the bobbin thread and provides adequate tension
of the thread during sewing.
(33) Thread guide - necessary to direct the upper thread from the spool to
the guide on the thread take-up lever.
(34) Bobbin with the lower thread - inserted into the bobbin case. It is
required for proper sewing.
(35) Needle threader - facilitates threading the needle.
(36) Buttonhole sewing foot - facilitates sewing around the buttonholes.
