ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1.Assembly of pedal axes cover (pic1)
1. Fasten then right pedal axes cover (49) onto the
pedal tube set of main frame with screw M5*10 (47).
The left side is the same as the right.
2.Assembly of rear stabilizer
set (pic2)
1.Attach the rear stabilizer set
(29) onto the fixed iron piece
at the back of main frame (32)
2.Make the carriage screw
M8*20 (30) transfix the fixed
piece (32) on main frame,
then locked to the rear
stabilizer set (29) and
fastened well with flat washer
OD20*ID8.5*2.0 (11) and M8
(subtense 13) nylon nut (6).
3.Assembly of the front
stabilizer set (pic3)
1.Attach the front stabilizer
tube set (54) onto the arc
piece in front of the main
frame (32)
2.Fasten the spring washer
M8*2.0 (12), arc washer
OD16*ID8.5*1.5T(55), front
stabilizer (54) onto the main
frame (32) with screw M8*72
(56) by wrench.
