GUARANTEE TERMS
GUARANTEE CARD
1. The Seller provides guarantee on behalf of the Guarantor within the territory of the Republic of Poland for the period of
24 months from the date of sale.
2. The Guarantee will be recognised by the shop or s ervice centre a fter the client provides:
- cl ea rly a nd correctly filled-in guarantee ca rd wi th the sale
s ta mp a nd the s eller’s signature - va lid purchase
confi rmation for the equipment i ncluding the date of sale /
bi l l / - complained product.
3. Pos s ible defects a nd damages revealed during the guarantee period s hall be remedied free of charge within not more
tha n 21 da ys from the delivery of the product to the s hop or servi ce.
4. Should it be necessary to i mport some components, the guarantee term can be exte nded by the period required to
i mport s uch part, however such period s hall not be longer than 40 days .
5. The gua rantee does not cover:
- mecha nical damages and subsequent defects,
- da mages and defects resulting from i ncorrect storage and usage of the equipment a gainst its purpose,- incorrect
a s sembly a nd maintenance,
- da mages and consumption of s uch elements a s: cables, straps, rubber parts, pedals, sponge grips, wheels, bearings, etc.
6. The gua rantee expires in the event of:
- expi ry of the validity term,
- s elf-repairs,
- fa i lure to follow the rules of correct operation.
7. No duplicates of the guarantee ca rds shall be issued.
8. The product handed over for repair s hould be complete and clean. If some parts are missing, the s ervice is entitled to
refus e to accept the produ
ct for repair. The service may refuse to accept a dirty product or clean i n on the client’s
expense a fter the client’s written permit.
9. The gua rantee does not cover activities related to a ssembly, maintenance, which, according to the instruction, the user
i s obliged to perform themselves.
10. The Guarantor also informs that they offer post-guarantee s ervice.
11. The product s hould be provi ded i n its original packaging and should be s ecured for s hipment.
The guarantee for sold goods is not exclusive, does not limit or suspend entitlements of the buyer resulting from the non-compliance of
the product with the agreement.
