Connecting the Power Supply

Configuration Connections
Connect the computer to be used for configuration to the
Console
port on the front panel of the
gateway using a standard USB type B cable.
The gateway can also communicate with the computer over Ethernet if they are connected to
the same Ethernet network subnet. The gateway uses DHCP as default.
The
USB
port next to the EIA-232 serial port is only intended for making file backups to a USB flash drive
and cannot be used for configuration.
