User Guide | FreeSpeak Edge Base Station

The FreeSpeak Edge front panel connectors, controls and indicators are listed below.

Headset connector (4-pin XLR female)

Microphone key

Menu key

Rotary Controllers. Use these to control channel volume, mute or unmute

audio, or to navigate through the menu system.

Main Volume Control

Main Volume Level LEDs:

Red - high volume level

Amber - medium volume level

Green - low volume level

Base Station status LED

Off - the device is off or initializing.

On (solid green) - All ok with the device.

Flashing green (slow, 2 Hz) - there are warning(s) with the device.

Flashing green (fast, 4 Hz) - there are error(s) with the device.
