OPERATION

 

TH TUNE CONTROLLER 

 
Start / Stop 

 

Press and hold the (On / Off) button for two seconds to turn the thermostat on or off. The word "OFF" will be shown on 
the thermostat display when it is off. 
 

NOTE:   

The thermostat will show "

OFFd

" when the remote On-Off contact is open 

and “

OFFs

” when switching off is 

requested through Modbus. 

 

Setpoint Temperature Adjustment 

 

 

Adjust the SETPOINT temperature by turning the center button

 

Operation modes 

Press the (Mode) button to scroll through the available operation modes: 

 

Cooling

 

– The display will show the icon 

 

 

Heating

 

– The display will show the  

 icon. This icon will not be available for the Cooling Only units. 

 

Auto

 

– The display will show "

Auto

".  Not  available  for  the Cooling  Only  units.  The  operating  mode  will  change 

between cool and heat depending on the selected temperature Set-point. The currently active mode will be shown 
on the lower right corner of the thermostat:

DO NOT select this mode if your unit is not equipped with the condensation control as this might cause failure when 
activating the cooling mode at very low outdoor temperatures. 

 

Fan only

 

– The display will show the 

 icons at the same time. The fan will operate in a continuous mode 

and the registered temperature set point will not be taken into consideration. 
 

Indoor Fan:  

Fan / A

Warnings 

The TH-Tune display may show alphanumeric codes of 4 letters/figures (AL01).  

When the symbol (

) is displayed at the same time, there is an 

alarm

. Without that symbol, this is a warning only.  All 

warnings will disappear automatically as soon as the cause has disappeared as well. Alarms will require resetting.

Alarms 

The alarms shown by a code on the thermostat will cause the stop of the unit. 

Reset the Alarm Codes 
 

 

Press  several  times  the  central  button  until  it 
appears  RES  (only  available  when  there  is  at 
least one active alarm). 

All  the  alarms  whose  causes  have  disappeared  or 
have been solved, are cancelled. 

 

Turn the central button to go from 0 to 1. 

 

 

Press the central button one time to confirm. 

When  the  reset is  completed,  the  text  will  change  to 
OK. 

After resetting, the thermostat will automatically return to normal, displaying the temperature. 

 

 

Press  the  (Fan)  button  to  toggle  between  automatic  ventilation  and  continuous 
ventilation. 

Available ventilation modes:  

With automatic fan 

– The Display icon will show "Auto". 

 

The fan works only when there is request for cool or heat. 

 

Without automatic fan 

– The word “Auto” will disappear from the icon. 

 

The fan works in a continuous mode.
