Cover the flare nut and union of the
piping connection with thermal insulation.
Cover the liquid line
with thermal insulation.
Insulate the liquid pipe for
prevention of the capacity
decrease according to the
ambient air conditions and
dew condensation on the pipe
surface by the low pressure.
Check to ensure that there is
no gas leakage. When large
amount of the refrigerant leaks,
the troubles as follows may occur;
1. Oxygen Deficiency
2. Generation of Harmful Gas
Due to Chemical Reaction
with Fire.
NOTICE
Do not use refrigerant, which is charged to the outdoor unit once, to the air purge. It may cause malfunction

The gas stayed at the screw part of O-ring is
opened and may make sound when removing the
cap. However, it is not gas leakage.

Use a charging hose because the check joint can

(R410A) to the outdoor unit. Do not charge
material other than R410A into the unit.
