Using the Backup Program
Backup program is the S/W for data backup. Data can be backed up to various storage media
such as CD, DVD, tape or removable HDD.
The backup feature is another way to save full motion video to the hard disk drive and
CD-RW. The difference between saving with the backup and the AVI format is that Backup
saves the compressed file in order to have a higher quality, and to be able to save more
video with the same amount of space.

If you want to backup onto the CD-RW, you must do a manual backup as
CD-RW writing speed is max 8X speed. Its write speed is insufficient for the
scheduled backup to backup Images while running the System.
A standard CD-R saves 740 MB. If this will be eventually saved to CD, be sure that
The "Image Size" does not exceed the 740 MB limit.
4-1.MANUAL BACKUP
Backup events manually by choosing are specific date, time and camera.
User has flexibility to back-up in 1 hour or in 5 minute interval.
Click the ‘
EyeBackup ’ on the “DVR folder” or “ BACKUP ” icon on the main screen.
Backup S/W will start, and the backup windows will be displayed.
There is two kind of Manual Backup
mode, Tree mode and Time selection
mode.
