Operating Precautions
IMPORTANT
• Do not allow any foreign object to be caught between the facing core surfaces of
the jaws.
• Do not scratch the facing core surfaces of the jaws.
•
Do not touch the facing core surfaces of the jaws with your fingers.
• Do not insert any foreign object into the gap of the jaws.
• Do not drop the instrument.
• Do not subject the instrument to any shock.
Doing so may adversely affect the measurement accuracy and open/close operation.
• Electric circuit on which DC components are superimposed may not be measured accurately.
•
Displayed values can frequently fluctuate due to induction potential even when no voltage is
applied. This, however, is not a malfunction.
• When the
mark blinks, replace the batteries with new ones. The batteries are exhausted.
