Warning: Do Not Use with Oxygen Tents—Must consult accompany-
ing documentation—indicates the use of oxygen administering equip-
ment of the nasal, mask, or ventilator type only or oxygen tents that 
can be contained inside the siderails.

Certified by Underwriters Laboratory in accordance with UL 2601-1
