Instructions for the check points
18 Max. load test
All handling of heavy weights can pose a risk. Ensure that weights are securely fastened before lifting.
Attach the test load so that the weight is evenly distributed over all sling bar attachment points.
Ensure that the sling bar is level when lifting.
- Run the lift with maximum load, all the way up and down.
- Run the base in and out with maximum load.
- Make sure all four wheels have contact with the floor.
- Listen for peculiar noises and vibrations.
New actuator may require up to 20 lifting cycles before reaching specified capacity.
19 Mechanical emergency lowering load test (2 versions)
- Raise with maximum load (see table above) until the load hangs freely, about 50 mm (2 inch)
20 Armrest (accessory)
- Verify that both arms rotate freely and hang vertically when not in use.
- Rotate arms to raised position. Press the armrest down, they should stay in raised position when pushed down.
21 Documentation
- Verify that the Instruction guide is provided.
22 Service symbol reset, CBL 20
- Only products with Control Unit CBL20.
Service indicator (orange light)
- Illuminates when service is needed.
When the Periodic Inspection has been performed, reset the service indicator with LSS, LDS or Manual Service
according to instructions “Reset Service Interval Parameters CBL” in the Service Manual.
23 Service symbol reset, Jumbo Care
- Only products with control box Jumbo Care.
Service indicator (orange light)
- The display will show the service symbol and one single beep will tell
that it’s time for service .
BATTERY
When the Periodic Inspection has been performed, reset the service indicator according to instructions
“Reset Service Interval Parameters” in the Service Manual.
Lift red emergency handle on
the actuator upwards and hold,
verify that the load lowers.
Manually turn the red actuator
collar in the direction of the
arrows to lower.
