Edit the whitelist and blacklist information according to the template and
save it locally.
Note:
You must edit the whitelist and blacklist information according to the
template, or the import will fail.

to select the file directory of the saved list.

Click
Import
to import the list to the camera.

Note:
Up to 6000 items of whitelist and blacklist can be imported once.

Click
Exit
to return to the Whitelist and Blacklist Configuration page, and
you can view the imported vehicle information.

and the window pops up as below.
