Main/Aux Output Switching 

 

 

 

Only the DS-7200/7300/8100HQHI-F/N and DS-7200/7300/8100/9000HUHI-F/N series 
support Aux/Main output switch. 

 

When the HDMI1/VGA and HDMI2 (for DS-7300/8100/9000HUHI-F/N) or HDMI/VGA (for 
DS-7200/7300/8100HQHI-F/N and DS-7200HUHI-F/N series) output is configured as the 
main output, you can perform the following operation to switch to CVBS output as the main 
output.   

Step 2

 

Use the mouse wheel to double-click on the HDMI1/VGA and HDMI2 (for 
DS-

7300/8100/9000HUHI-F/N

) or HDMI/VGA (for DS-7

200/7300/8100HQHI-F/N and 

DS-7

200HUHI-F/N

 series) output screen, and the following message box pops up.

Step 3

 

Use the mouse wheel to double-click on the screen again to switch to the Aux output, or 
click 

Cancel

 to cancel the operation.   

Step 4

 

Select the

 Menu Output Mode 

to 

Main CVBS

 from the right-click menu on the monitor.   

Step 5

 

On the pop-up message box, click 

Yes

 to restart the device to enable the CVBS output as the 

main output. 

 

 

You can select the 

Menu Output Mode

 under Menu>Configuration>General>More Settings to 

Auto

, or 

HDMI1/VGA

 and 

HDMI2

 (for DS-7300/8100/9000HUHI-F/N) or 

HDMI/VGA

 (for 

DS-7200/7300/8100HQHI-F/N and DS-7200HUHI-F/N series) and then restart the device to switch 
the main output back to HDMI1/VGA, HDMI2 or HDMI/VGA output.

Quick Setting Toolbar in Live View Mode 

On the screen of each channel, there is a quick setting toolbar which shows when you click the 
screen.
