The AHD signal input is only supported by the F or F/N (excluding DS-9000HUHI-F16/N)
series DVR.
For DS-7200/7300/7600/8100HUHI-F/N and DS-9000HUHI-F8/N series, the default
HDTVI/CVBS signal input type also supports the auto detection of 3 MP signal input. And
each two types of the HDTVI/CVBS signals can be mixed randomly.
For DS-9000HUHI-F16/N series DVR, there is no signal input configuration interface and
AHD signal input is not supported. The HDTVI (including 3 MP signal input) and CVBS signal
inputs can be recognized automatically and accessed directly.
For -E series DVR, there is no signal input configuration interface. Each two video channels
are grouped in sequence, e.g., CH01 and CH02, CH03 and CH04...; and each two channels in
the same group must be connected with the same type of video source (HDTVI or CVBS).
For DS-7108/7208HGHI-F/N and DS-7116/7216HGHI-F/N series DVR, each four video
channels are grouped in sequence, e.g., CH01-CH04, CH05-CH08..., and each four channels
in the same group must be connected with the same type of video source selected on GUI.
For example, when the HDTVI/CVBS signal mode is selected, then either HDTVI or CVBS
signal input can be connected to the channels in the same group; and when the AHD signal
mode is selected, only the AHD signal input can be connected.
For other F and F/N series DVR, each two video channels are grouped in sequence, e.g.,
CH01 and CH02, CH03 and CH04..., and each two channels in the same group must be
connected with the same type of video source selected on GUI. For example, when the
HDTVI/CVBS signal mode is selected, then either HDTVI or CVBS signal input can be
connected to the channels in the same group; and when the AHD signal mode is selected,
only the AHD signal input can be connected.
In the live view interface, when there is no video signal of the analog channel, the
corresponding connectable video signal type message can be displayed on the screen.
For DS-7200/7300/7600/8100HUHI-F/N and DS-9000HUHI-F8/N series DVR, the IP channels
will not be displayed on the interface and you can view the max. IP camera accessible
number in the Max. IP Camera Access text field. Disabling one analog channel will add one
IP channel. For DS-7300HUHI-F4/N and DS-8100HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP channels
are X+2 (X refers to the disabled analog channel or channels of the DVR.). For
DS-9004HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP channels are X+6 (X refers to the disabled
analog channel or channels of the DVR.). For DS-9008HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP
channels are X+10 (X refers to the disabled analog channel or channels of the DVR.). For
DS-9016HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP channels are X+18 (X refers to the disabled
analog channel or channels of the DVR.) and the max. IP channels are 32.
