Global View Tab
The Global View tab provides information regarding each HighPoint product connected to your
computer. It is also the first page you see when logging in.
It also provides the following information
HBA Properties
Storage Properties
On the top left of the page is a drop down menu that allows you to select which controller you want to
manage (if you have multiple HighPoint controllers connected).
HBA Properties
Host Adapter Model Model: the model name of the controller
Controller count: number of controllers detected
Enclosure count: number of enclosures detected
Physical Drive: how many drives are detected by the controller
Legacy Disk: how many legacy disks are detected by the controller
RAID Count: total amount of configured RAID arrays
Storage Properties
Total Capacity: the combined capacity of the physical disks connected to the controller.
Configured Capacity: the amount of space used for creating arrays
Free Capacity: total amount of unused space
