Clean Out the Blower Area

Remove Clip Pin from Discharge Door Bar

5. Clear the chopping area and the knives.
Wait for all components to stop
rotating.
Do not place hands in the Feed
Chopper while the rotor is turning.
Contact with the rotating knives will
cause serious injury.
6. Remove material from the blower housing
area.
7. To clear the blower area:
- Remove the clip pin (1) from the bar
under the discharge door.
- Remove the bar (2) by pulling it out by
the handle loop.
- Pull the spring loaded pin (3) out of
the slot in the rear panel.
- Pull on the front discharge door until
the hinge (4) is at the bottom of the
slot. This will open access to the
blower area (5).
- Clean out the blower area (5).
