Configuration of Fixed IP Address Mode
The Encoder Information window will default to the Fixed IP Address Mode. To add a new
OMNIKEY 5121 Ethernet Encoder device in Fixed IP Address Mode enter the desired IP Address as
shown below and click
OK
.

Configuration of Fixed Printer Name Mode
To add a new OMNIKEY 5121 Ethernet Encoder device in Fixed Printer Name Mode select the

Printer Name
option, select a Printer Name from the drop-down list and click
OK
.
Note:
The selected Printer Name must be associated with a printing device that contains an
embedded OMNIKEY 5121 Ethernet Encoder device.
