Visually inspect the system for leaks.
(High-Pressure leak & function test)
With the air motor running the retract hose/s still contains 80-90 bar pressure.
DO NOT TOUCH.
Switch off the pump unit by
pressing the ‘Stop’ button (see
figure 5.6
) on the control pendant (14)
and check the tool and connections for any leaks. If leaks are found, these
MUST
be rectified before
commencing with any torque operation.
