Modify the compartment temperatures
Example: How to modify the Upper Wine
compartment temperature.
The same procedure is required to set the
temperature in the Lower Wine compartment
and in the FreshSelect ™ bottom drawer.
Home screen in the various models:

Each model has been carefully tested before
leaving the factory and is adjusted in such a
way to ensure high performance and low power
consumption.
Usually, it is not necessary to modify the
settings. Nevertheless, according to special
needs, it is possible to modify the set
temperatures within a certain range. The
“recommended” settings below are also the
factory presets for each of the zones and modes.
The temperature shown can vary slightly
in respect to the set temperature following
frequent openings of the doors or insertion of
room temperature foods or large quantities of
foods.
6 to 12 hours may be necessary to reach the
selected temperature.

WINE CELLAR TEMPERATURES WINE CELLAR TEMPERATURES
In general, red wines need a warmer
temperature. Specific temperatures for
optimum wine preservation are discussed
in more detail in the section WINE
PRESERVATION on page 25.
Red Wine - from 50 to 64°F [+10 to +18°C]
White Wine - from 39 to 48°F [+4 to +9°C]
As an aid to visualization, when a temperature
higher than 48°F [+9°C] is set for white wine,
the display will change the bottle icon from
white wine to red wine.
