Please check if the air
pressure detector (green
indicator) of main air gauge
adjusted to required pressure.

Replace with new solenoid
valve.

Nozzle blocked.

Disassemble the nozzle and
clear it with solvent

Filter inside the nozzle assembly

is blocked.

Disassemble the device, clear
and change the filter screen.

Filter inside the manifold is

blocked.

Disassemble the filter
assembly, clear the filter
screen.

RTD is completely detached or

only few part inside the
heating plate.

Place RTD into the heating
plate completely.

SSR is broken.

Replace with new SSR.

The P.I.D. temperature controller
is out of function.

Replace with new P.I.D.

Heater of tank keep
heating and out of
