1) P.I.D. Temperature Controller
This P.I.D. control unit is being used to control the temperature of the hot melt tank.
When the power supply is turn on, the P.I.D. temperature control will turn on
automatically.
The indicator will show the internal temperature of the tank. (refer figure4.2)
PID temperature controller is primarily used to control the temperature of the
melting tank. When the power supply is turned on, the controller will be running the
programs automatically to check the heating system. As all in normal, the indicator
will show the current operation temperature of the tank.
The functions of PID temperature controller as below,

When the main power is on, this P.I.D. temperature controller will measure the
present temperature of the hot melt tank.
