Remove the axle nut (8) and pull out the
rear axle (9). Remove the wheel.
- Axle nut torque: 6.8 kgf-m.

- Brake stopper arm nut torque: 2.2 kgf-m

After installing the wheel, apply the brake
several times and check for free wheel
rotation when released.

CAUTION

Always replace used split pins with new ones.
Follow the below mentioned steps for washing
the vehicle.

Clean the headlamp lens and other plastic

After cleaning spray water thoroughly.
WASHING THE VEHICLE

Wet the vehicle with light water spray.
Avoid directing water to muffler outlets and
electrical parts.

with a solution of mild detergent and water.
Rub the soiled area gently rinsing it
frequently with fresh water.

Dry the vehicle by wiping with dry soft cloth.
NOTE

Do not use high pressure water (or air). It can
damage certain parts of the vehicle.

precautions like recommended detergents
and usage of muffler caps/plugs during wash
to ensure quality wash.
A defective catalytic converter contributes to
air pollution and can impair your engine’s
performance.
This vehicle is equipped with a catalytic
converter in the muffler to meet the emission
norms.
CATALYTIC CONVERTER
This catalytic converter contains noble metals
that serve as catalyst, promoting chemical
reactions to convert CO and HC in the
exhaust to CO and H O (water vapour).
