 Note

The UWF machine is equipped with a frequency-
controlled drive which requires the connection
conditions according to VDE 0160. The mains supply
must be dimensioned so that a relation of nominal
power PN to short-circuiting power PK > or = 1:100
is possible. Depending on the mains, harmonic
oscillations may occur. The limit values of these
harmonic oscillations are specified in VDE 0160
part 5.3.1.2.

If these requirements are not met, please contact
the responsible electric power station before
connecting the machine.

As remedial measure a filter can be added to the
unit. If necessary, please contact us.

When the machine is connected to a mains with an
earth-leakage circuit-breaker an  isolating
transformer must be  fitted into the switch cabinet. If
necessary, please contact us.
