Lever for reflector holder
To remove the UV reflector, push
the lever forward and out of its
locking position, and then to the left
until reaching the stop.
Remove the reflector without
damaging the flash tube.
3 hex-nuts
Perforated plate for protection of the
flash tube
Release the 3 hex-nuts with a 6 mm
open-ended wrench and carefully
remove the perforated plate.
Set the parts aside for mounting.
Hold the new flash tube with both
hands near the electrodes and slide
it carefully onto the ceramic socket
up to the stop.
Then pull the flash tube
approximately 0.5mm back out so
that it does not rest too strongly on
the ceramic part. The glass tube of
the flash tube needs a bit of play to
be able to expand during the
flashing.
