4 Installation
4.8 Mount the Pusher
•
Mount the chosen pusher to the piston
of the cylinder.
Use the supplied screws M4x10.

Notice!
If white Fischbach Teroson cartridges
(ID 38 mm) are used mount the pusher
as you see in the right graphic.
If white Fischbach Loctite cartridges
(ID 43 mm) are used mount the pusher
with the larger diameter towards the
cartridge.
4.9 Mount the Cartridge Adapter

Notice!
Pay attention to push the plunger in the
cartridge as far as possible to fill the head
space with product. This avoids bubbles
in the product flow.
Gel CA Adapter Ring
•
Screw the supplied product fitting onto
the cartridge and mount the adapter
ring.
The cartridge is ready for inserting into
the dispenser.
Cartridge Adapter
•
Mount the supplied product fitting.
•
Press the cartridge into the product
adapter as far as it will go.
Caution!
Check the correct seat (tightness) of the
cartridge and the O-rings; otherwise it is
possible that product leaks
The cartridge is ready for inserting into
the dispenser.

Notice!
Before using an aluminium cartridge pull over the supplied sleeve and then press the
cartridge into the product adapter as far as it will go. When inserting the preassembled
parts the gap between the cartridge and the shells will be filled and the cartridge is fixed
in a tight way. This prevents leakages at the plunger inside.
