Istruzioni d’uso

• Collocare l’apparecchio in modo che l’interrutto-

re di accensione/spegnimento (on/off) sia rivolto
verso l’utente.

• Se l’affilatrice della lama non è stato installato,

procedere nel modo seguente:

- Collocare l’affilatrice per lama nel proprio sup-

porto in modo che la lama non si estenda tra
gli ingranaggi.

- Serrare la vite di sicurezza sull’affilatrice per

lama.

- Nota! L’apparecchio è dotato di interruttore di

sicurezza e si spegnerà automaticamente se il
dispositivo di affilatura viene rimosso.

• Inserire la spina nella presa a muro.
• Portare il quadrante con la scala graduata sullo

spessore desiderato.

• Accendete il dispositivo premendo il tasto “BIAN-

CO (I)” dell’interruttore ON/OFF.

• Collocare il prodotto alimentare sul carrello e

regolare la morsa per tenere il prodotto salda-
mente in posizione. Accertarsi che il prodotto sia
collocato contro la piastra di arresto.

• Una volta che il prodotto è stato affettato, spe-

gnere premendo il tasto “NERO (O)” dell’interrut-
tore ON/OFF.

• Riportare a “0” il quadrante dello spessore.
