SPATULA
(Image 29)
The spatula is for mixing ingredients, preventing
them from sticking to the walls of the jug and empty-
ing the contents of the jug.
It is made up of two separate pieces: The head, made
from a soft rubbery material so as not to scratch the
jug, has a safety ring which prevents access to the
blades, and the handle which also removes the bas-
ket-sieve from the jug and holds the basket-sieve in
filtering functions.
To attach/detach the handle from the spatula, push in
the direction indicated by the arrows (Image 30).
Important. Never introduce the spatula into the cen-
tral hole of the lid, if working with the mixing acces-
sory fixed to the blades (Image 31).
Attention. Never use utensils other than the spatula.
It can be dangerous. (Image 32).
