INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPINNER USE

SPREAD PATTERN ADJUSTMENT
The unit has adjustable external and internal deflectors for complete control of direction of the spread
pattern. The width of the spread pattern is 4’ to 32’.
The slower the ground speed, the more product that can be applied.
Before putting your spreader into service, check over the mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Starting a work shift with a prepared and properly serviced unit can eliminate many problems that
result in inconvenient work stoppages later.
1. Mechanical system:
•
Look for damaged or missing parts and replace them.
•
Retighten loose set screws and cap screws.
2. Hydraulic system:
•
Look for damaged or missing parts and replace them.
•
Inspect all fittings, hoses, pump and motors for oil leaks and replace them.
•
Check oil level in hydraulic reservoir.
