BATTERY CHARGING
1. To ensure the power socket is dry.
2.
Open the rear of the Helvei Smartmove Allroad cover charge.
3. Put the charger head be inserted to the power supply (110v-240v;50-
60HZ), confirm the charger green indicating lamp is normal light, insert
the charger another head in Helvei Smartmove Allroad .
4.
When the red indicating lamp in the charger is lighting, Helvei Smart-
move Allroad normal charging, otherwise please check all cables con-
nection.
5.
Please use the local standard plug.
6. In accordance with the provisions of the charging, storage battery,
otherwise it will damage the battery and short down the battery life.
Helvei Smartmove Allroad charging time is about 2 hours, it will short
down the battery life if long time charging. Please keep clean and dry
in charging condition. Do not charging when the power socket wet.
Battery in high temperature or low temperature.
If u want to make Helvei Smartmove Allroad run efficiency, the tempera-
ture of the battery must be marked within the temperature range no
matter before charging or under charging.
Close to the recommended temperature, the charge efficiency is the
highest. If too cold or too hot, the charging time will be longer or not
completely filled full.
PRECAUTIONS IN TRANSPORTING BATTERIES
Lithium batteries are considered hazardous materials in transporta-
tion which need to get the local law allowance. If u need to air a Helvei
Smartmove Allroad balance scooter with lithium battery, or need to use
any other transportation way to transit a single lithium battery balance
scooter, please contact our company or local distributors.

LOW BATTERY
When you find the battery indicator light is one time, it’s lack of power.
We recommend you stop driving. When the battery lack of power, Helvei
Smartmove Allroad is not enough energy for driving. The system will au-
tomatically block the base platform and forbidden the driver continue
using. It’s easy fall and damage if u insist on driving, it will short down
the battery life.
1. Please don’t use the battery in the following conditions.

Send some odor and overheating.

Leak out any substance.
4. Only FACTOR specified technician could disassemble and maintenance

Don’t touch the substance of leaking out from battery.

Don’t let kids and pets touch the battery, please unplug the charger
before driving or installing the battery. It’s very dangerous to operate the
Helvei Smartmove Allroad when charging.

Battery containing dangerous substances, please don’t open the bat-
tery and insert any things to the battery.
8. Only charge Helvei Smartmove Allroad providing by FACTORY.
9.
Prohibited charge the lithium battery has been excessive discharge,
please scrap processing.
10. Helvei Smartmove Allroad battery can be used in local law allowance.
