f In the event of wear or chipping, replace the upper jaw
flap

• Screwdriver PH0 50
• Loctite 243 (optionally available from HellermannTyton)
Replace lower jaw flap and upper jaw flap of
jaw diameter 30

f Loosen the screws

on the upper and lower jaw.
f Remove the jaw halves

and

f Remove the pin

on the upper jaw flap

f Remove the pin

on the lower jaw flap

Remove the upper jaw flap

and the lower jaw flap

f
Remove the springs

f
Insert the springs

into the new upper jaw flap

and
the new lower jaw flap

Insert the upper jaw flap

into the upper half of the
jaw and secure with the pin

f Insert the lower jaw flap

into the lower half of the jaw
and secure with the pin

f Attach the jaw halves

f Apply a drop of Loctite 243 to the thread of each of the
screws

f Insert the screws

and tighten.
