Installation:
The built-in ground spotlights are ready assembled.
Execute all the installation work with voltage switched off.
Place the built-in ground spotlight at the selected place by following the safety and warning notes. Make
sure that no water can collect at the location.
The minimum distance to the illuminated surfaces must not be less than 0.3m
Make sure, after positioning the plastic ground housing in the selected place that the ground installation
container is firmly connected with the subsoil.
Finally, insert the built-in ground spotlight into the plastic ground casing. Make sure you have a stable
and reliable fastening.
Switch on the voltage supply by connecting the transformer to the building installation.
Make sure that there are no obstacles to trip over in the access area when installing the built-in ground
spotlight and when laying the cable.
The rating plate must not be removed.
Changing the luminant:
Only use LED luminants 12V AC, max. 3 W, MR 16, base GU5,3. The use of other luminants can lead to
overheating.
The power supply has to be disconnected before changing the luminant.
The light must be allowed to cool off over a sufficient period of time if it changed immediately after it has
failed.
Unscrew the stainless steel cover and remove the glass disk.
Carefully remove the faulty luminant from the holder. Screw the new luminant carefully into the holder.
Do not use force or excessive pressure.
Screw the stainless steel cover with the glass disk back on to the casing. Make sure here that there are
clean contact points with the gasket. Dirt can lead to leakages which can lead to failure of the built-in
ground spotlight.
