4. Adjustable tray

a. The trays are adjustable for different food. For drying the thicker food, you can

adjust the height between the trays to 36 mm.

b. For storage, adjust the height between the trays to 25.5 mm. You can find more

details in the image below.

Please clean the appliance before and after use. Also, do not put the food with
water or wet in the appliance.

Warning: Please do not use aqueous foods in the appliance.

In case the food you wish to put in the appliance have soft parts, please cut
them off. Put the food with suited dimensions in the appliance. Their size
affects the time necessary for drying the food.

10.

If during the drying process you notice that some foods are not uniformly
dried, please change the position of the trays. The food with peel need more
time for drying. To shorten the drying time for this kind of food, we
recommend boiling it for 1-2 minutes. After these cool and are drained of the
water, you can put them in the appliance.

11.

The drying time is influenced by the room temperature, air humidity, type,
size and quantity of the food, etc.

12.

The drying time mentioned in this manual for different types of food is
informative.
