ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
ASSEMBLING THE STAND (FIG. A, B)
Stand may pop up unexpectedly without weight of
saw on stand. In order to avoid injury, verify that the
bands (23) are not cut and that the lock hooks (17)
located at the front and back of the stand are locked
onto the stop screw (20) before mounting the table
saw.
1. Unpack all parts, and group them together by type
and size. Refer to the parts list in order to verify the
correct quantities.
2. Attach the bent leg of the right bracket assembly
(1) to the stand leg (2) using two screws (3), two
washers (4), and two nuts (5).
3. Follow the same steps in order to assemble the left
bracket assembly (6). (Fig. B)
4. Attach the pedal (7) to the left front leg using the
screw (21) and nut (22). (Fig. B)
5. Thread the stand pad (16) through the wing nut (19)
to the bottom of the left rear leg. (Fig. B)
ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS (FIG. C, C-1)
1. Attach two collars (1) to each roller wheel (2).
2. Attach one roller wheel assembly to the right front leg
using the long square-neck bolt (3), the shaft sleeve
(4), and the nut (5), as shown.
NOTE:
Verify that the side of the wheel that has more
ribs (18-Fig. C-1) is facing toward the inside of the stand.
3. Tighten the nut (5).
4. Attach the other roller wheel to the right rear leg
using the same manner. Tighten the nut.
5. Do not overtighten, because doing so will not allow
the wheels to turn.

ATTACHING THE TABLE SAW TO THE STAND (FIG. D)
Do not cut the bands and release the stand hook
until the table saw is properly attached to the stand.
1. Place table saw on the top of stand aligning the holes
in the base with the holes in the stand.
2. Insert four hex bolts (1) through the flat washers and
holes in base and stand.
3. Tighten all four bolts (1).
NOTE:
Do not over-tighten the bolts holding the saw to
the stand as this may damage the saw base.
ATTACHING THE STAND UP SUPPORTS TO THE
TABLE SAW (FIG. D)
1. Attach the two stand up supports (2) to the right side
of the table saw using the bolts (3) and nuts (4).
