5. The core drill hole/wall sleeve diameter or pipe diameter do not correspond to the press seal
measurements.
» A new press seal has to be ordered with the correct measurements.
6. The press seal has been insuffi ciently lubricated at the cut surfaces and around the pipes.
» Remove the press seal and apply the lubricant "GM" once again carefully but generously.
7. Heavy soiling.
» Before applying the press seal, the core drill hole/wall sleeve and the pipes that will pass through
them must be cleaned.
8. Poor concrete quality in the area of the core drill hole.
» Even out any bumps and blowholes on the inside of the bore hole with quick-setting cement
mortar (e.g. PCI-Polyfix) or another suitable cement mortar.
» If this does not remedy the problem, the drill hole has to be additionally sealed.
