  Three metering methods

  Five exposure methods

  Extremely accurate light metering

6

The light metering system of the viewfinder is capable of

selective sensitivity producing three reflective metering
methods: Average, CentreSpot and Spot. All methods are
measured in increments of 1/12 EV. Information transfer is
rapid and automatic ensuring consistently correct exposure
settings even in difficult and changeable lighting situations.

Light measurement is made through the lens (TTL) and
exposure is controlled manually or automatically by the con
trol wheels and/or settings. The information is visible on both
the grip display and the viewfinder display.

A great deal of control is available ranging from 100% manual
through to sophisticated fully automatic by way of the various
exposure methods: Manual, Aperture priority, Shutter prior
ity, Program and Program variable.
