3.3.1. Electric Heater Insulation Resistance
When performing the final inspection of the electrical
installations, a “leakage” may be detected when
measuring the heater’s insulation resistance. The
reason for this is that the insulating material of the
heating elements has absorbed moisture from the
air (storage, transport). After operating the heater
for a few times, the moisture will be removed from
the heating elements.
Do not connect the power feed for the heater
through the RCD (residual current device)!
3.3.2. Installation of the Control Unit and Sensor
•
The control unit includes detailed instructions
for fastening the unit on the wall.
•
Install the sensor as shown in figure 8.
If the
heater is installed further than 100 mm from
wall, the sensor must be installed on the ceil-
ing.
Do not place the supply air vent so that the air
flow cools the temperature sensor. Figure 3.

3.3.1. Isolationswiderstand des Elektrosaunaofens
Bei der Endkontrolle der Elektroinstallationen kann
bei der Messung des Isolationswiderstandes ein
“Leck” auftreten, was darauf zurückzuführen ist,
dass Luftfeuchtigkeit in das Isolationsmaterial der
Heizwiderstände eingetreten ist (bei Lagerung und
Transport). Die Feuchtigkeit entweicht aus den Wi-
derständen nach zwei Erwärmungen.
Schalten Sie den Netzstrom des Elektrosau-
naofens nicht über den Fehlerstromschutz-
schalter ein!
3.3.2. Anschluß des Steuergerätes und der Fühler

In Verbindung mit dem Steuergerät werden
genauere Anweisungen zu dessen Befestigung
an der Wand gegeben.

Installieren Sie den Fühler wie in Abb. 8 darge-
stellt. Wenn der Ofen weiter als 100 mm von
der Wand aufgestellt wird, muss der Tempera-
turfühler an der Decke montiert werden.
Luftzufuhr nicht so anbringen, dass sie den
Temperaturfühler abkühlt. Abbildung 3.

3.4. Installing the Heater
See figure 9.
1. Connect cables to the heater ( 3.3.).
2. Place the heater and adjust the heater vertically
straight using the adjustable legs.
3.
Use fixing kits (2 pcs) to fix the heater to
sauna’s structures.
3.5. Replacing the Heating Elements

3.4. Installation des Saunaofens

1. Verbinden Sie die Kabel mit dem Ofen ( 3.3.).
2. Richten Sie den Ofen mit den verstellbaren
Füßen senkrecht aus.
3. Bringen Sie den Ofen mit Befestigungssätzen (2
Stück) an der Saunakonstruktion an.
3.5. Ersetzen von Heizelementen
