7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Dust Bin Full & Pressure Drop Alarm
When the alarms occur, the Start/Stop button will become yellow
：

The machine will stop automatically 15 minutes after the dust bin full alarm occurs.

When the filter clogging alarm occurs, the machine will be cleaned automatically in running
state.

Clean the dust bin.
Pressure Drop Alarm

Refer to Section 6.3 Cleaning or Changing the Filters.
7.2 Converter Faults
When the converter failure occurs, the machine can not start.The most common faults are over
current, voltage shortage and over voltage. When any faults like this occur, the machine will stop
running.
The fault information is displayed on the touch screen. In most cases, powering off and restarting
(restarting after 5 minutes of power off) will eliminate the failure.
The remedies for common faults are shown in the table below. If the problem still cannot be
solved, please contact the machine supplier for help.
Disconnect the power supply for 5 minutes before turning on the converter. During this time
period, the capacitance in the converter has a dangerous voltage. Customer shall not maintain or
repair the components within the converter.
