Insert two cotter pins and 

spread. Clean excess Loctite

®

 

from terminal body using  

special care to ensure that  

there is no red Loctite

®

 on 

threaded stud.

Assembly 

Rod Rigging: Rod Adapter Stud

Apply a few drops of red 

Loctite

®

 to threads of nosepiece.

Screw main threaded stud  

portion onto bronze nosepiece 

until flats align with two cotter 

pin holes in terminal body.

Tip: Turn nosepiece completely 

into threaded stud portion. 

Flats will be close and may 

only require a small half turn 

to align with cotter pin holes.
