Preset Programmable Cooking (1-4)
•
These buttons are shortcuts to customized cooking programs (combination of cook
temperature and time).
•
One touch will activate the button and LED will remain lit until cook is complete.
•
At the end of the cook cycle, LED will flash (indicating end of cook) until STOP is
pressed (for 3 sec).
•
Preset Programs can only be activated after a Preheat cycle is complete.
•
Temperature and Time cannot be changed during a preset cook.
Programmable Preheat
•
This button activates the preset preheating cycle and will run until the set temp is
reached OR if the set time has elapsed.
To set and save a programmable button: Press and hold a preset button for 3 Sec. A
beep will sound and LED will light up indicating that the button is ready to be
programmed. Use the “+” & “-” buttons in the Temperature and Timer to select the
desired settings for the program. Press the same preset button for 3 Sec to store into
memory (LED will turn off indicating that it is stored). Press Stop to cancel at any time.
Manual C5 min
•
This button can be used to manually set the desired Temperature and Time for a cook.
•
Temperature and Time can be adjusted at any time during a cook cycle.
•
Although a manual cook does not require a Preheat cycle to be performed, Hardt
recommends running a Preheat cycle for safe and optimal oven performance.
•
The Manual Cook button also functions to add 5 minutes to the end of any cook cycle
(when oven enters Holding Mode).
To run a manual cook: Press the Manual Cook pad (5 Min and 150°F indicators will
flash). Use the “+” & “-” buttons in the Temperature and Timer to select the desired
settings. Press the Manual Cook pad again to start.
Stop
This button cancels Preheat, Manual & Program Cooking and resets the oven to idle. It
can also be used to stop the alarm when sounded.
Temperature Control
The temperature control touchpad features “+” & “-” buttons and indicator LEDs (with 2
levels of brightness).
Set temperatures will appear “half bright” while actual temperatures will appear “full
bright”. As the oven temperature climbs, “half bright” LEDs will turn to “full bright”. When
the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, this final LED will flash, indicating
oven is fully heated to desired temperature.
Timer Control
The timer control touchpad features “+” & “-” buttons and indicator LEDs (with 2 levels of
brightness).
The spectrum of LEDs up to the initial set time will appear “full bright”. During the cook,
elapsed time will turn to “half bright” while time remaining will be “full bright”.
