” (parking) position (HJ125-8)
When parking the motorcycle, turn the key to the “
0
”
position. The key can now be removed and the position
light will be lighted. This position is for night time roadside
parking to increase visibility.

WARNING
Before turning the ignition switch to the “
4
”
position, safely stop the motorcycle and support it
with the main stand.

WARNING
Never attempt to move the motorcycle when the
steering is locked.

WARNING
Do not turn the ignition switch key to the “
4
”
position when riding the motorcycle, otherwise the
motorcycle will lose control.
STEERING LOCK (HJ125-8)
To lock the steering,
turn the
handlebar all the way to the left.
Insert the key into the steering lock,
turn it clockwise and pull out it. Then
the steering is locked.

WARNING
Never attempt to move the motorcycle when the
steering is locked.
HELMET LOCK
The helmet lock is located on the
left side below the saddle.
Insert
the key and turn it counterclockwise
to open the latch. Put your helmet
fastener ring on the latch and turn
the key clockwise.

WARNING
Riding with a helmet fastened to the helmet lock
can interfere with rider control.
Never carry a helmet fastened to the helmet lock.
Fix the helmet securely atop the saddle if you must
carry it.

Do not spray the dashboard with high-pressure
water directly.
