Troubleshooting
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not nec-
essarily mean there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please
check the tables to see if you can correct the malfunction.

Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users’ lives in danger. Only authorised
specialists are allowed to carry out this repair work.

The appliance
does not work.
The mains plug has not
been inserted into a socket.
Insert the mains plug
into a properly in-
stalled socket.
The blender jug (3) or the
grinder (16) is not inserted
properly into the motor block
(5).

Food is inade-
quately blended.
The appliance is overfilled. Remove some of the
food.
The plastic of
the blender jug
is discoloured.
Acidic foods and fruit may
discolour plastic.
This discolouration is
harmless and does
not constitute dam-
age.
