Auto clean
Auto clean is a function to clean
the blender jug and the blade
base quickly and easily. Proceed
as follows:
1. After emptying, place the
blender jug (3) back into the
motor block (5) and lock it in
place by turning it clockwise
until it stops.
2. Fill the blender jug with 400–
500 ml of warm water.
3. Close the lid (2) with the meas-
uring cup (1). Make sure that
the lid and measuring cup are
secure.
4. Turn the adjustment dial (7) to
the “ON” position.
The 3 function keys (6) flash.
5. Press the Auto clean key (6).
The cleaning process starts
and ends automatically.
During cleaning
– the Auto clean key (6) lights
up constantly, the other keys
stop flashing;
– you can end cleaning early
by pressing the Auto clean
button (6) again.
6. When the cleaning process is
finished, turn the adjustment
dial to “OFF”.
7. Disconnect the mains plug
from the socket.
8. Remove the blender jug from
the motor block, remove the
lid and pour the water out.
9. Wash the blender jug and the
blade base (4) under running
water.
10. Dry all parts.
Manual cleaning
• Apart from the motor block (5),
all parts can be cleaned in the
dishwasher or in warm water.
• Wipe the motor block with a
lightly moistened cloth.
• Completely dry all parts.
• Reassemble the appliance. Do
not close the lid (2) completely
to allow air to circulate and
prevent odours from develop-
ing.
