6. Disconnect the mains plug
from the socket.
7. Remove the blender jug from
the motor block (5).
8. Remove the lid and pour the
smoothie into glasses/cups.
9. Clean the blender jug and
the appliance as described in
chapter “Cleaning and mainte-
nance” on page EN-20.
Ice crush
1. Add up to 8 ice cubes
(15×15×15 mm) into the blend-
er jug (3).
2. For smooth crushing, add cold
tap water at a ratio of 2 parts
ice to 3 parts water.
3. Close the lid (2) with the meas-
uring cup (1). Make sure that
the lid and measuring cup are
secure.
4. Turn the adjustment dial (7) to
the “ON” position.
The 3 function keys (6) flash.
5. Press the Ice crush key (6).
The process starts and ends
automatically.
While the appliance is running,
– the Ice crush key (6) lights
up constantly, the other keys
stop flashing;
– you can end the process ear-
ly by pressing the Ice crush
key (6) again.
Do not remove the blender
jug when the motor is run-
ning. Switch the adjustment dial to
“OFF” first.
6. When the crushing process is
finished, turn the adjustment
dial to “OFF”.
7. Disconnect the mains plug
from the socket.
8. Remove the blender jug from
the motor block (5).
9. Remove the lid and pour out
the crushed ice.
10. Clean the blender jug and
the appliance as described in
chapter “Cleaning and main-
tenance” on page EN-20.
Manual operation
Continuous operation
This mode is suitable for most
foods. Depending on the quali-
ties of the ingredients, switching
the appliance on and off multiple
times may lead to the desired re-
sult.
