12. LOGGING
Each measurement’s information (date, time and tag ID) is stored for further analysis.
12.1. LOGGING A MEASUREMENT
The log function is available after a valid measurement.
1. Press LOG/CFM when the measured value is displayed.
The instrument asks for READ TAG to identify the sampling location.
The location for the new record is also displayed on second LCD line.
2. To read the ID code for the sampling location, touch the iButton
®
tag with the matching
connector, located on the back of the instrument (see CONNECTORS section). Alternatively, press
LOG/CFM again to store the record without the tag ID code.
3. If the tag is read successfully, the instrument beeps once, displays the tag’s unique hexadecimal
code, and stores the data. It then returns to measurement mode.
Notes:
If the tag is not read within 20 seconds, the logging procedure is cancelled. A measurement
can be stored only once. An over range value can also be stored.
12.2. VIEWING LOGGED DATA
1. Press RCL key to view logged data.
2. Press RCL again to return to measurement mode.
The log records are stored in chronological order. The first displayed record is the last stored one.

keys to scroll through the log memory, record by record.
2. Keep GLP
or AVG
keys pressed, to increase scrolling speed.
Scrolling is possible from any panels, except “Delete last log” and “Delete all logs” panels.
