At the end of the measurement, the third calibration point (100 FNU) is displayed on the first
LCD line, “CAL P.3” on the second LCD line with READ tag blinking.

9. Press CAL to exit calibration or continue to Three-Point Calibration procedure.
The instrument memorizes the two-point calibration data and returns to measurement mode.
Three-Point Calibration
1. Remove the second standard cuvette.
2. Insert the 100 FNU standard cuvette (or the prepared formazin standard) into the holder, with
the cuvette mark aligned with the mark on top of the instrument.
3. Close the lid and press READ
. The display will show blinking dashes and the icons for cuvette,
de tectors and LED will appear during measurement.
At the end of the measurement, the fourth calibration point (750 FNU) is displayed on first LCD
line, “CAL P.4” on second LCD line with READ tag blinking.

The instrument memorizes the three-point calibration data and returns to measurement mode.
Four-Point Calibration
1. Remove the third standard cuvette.
2. Insert the 750 FNU standard cuvette (or the prepared formazin standard) into the holder, with
the cuvette mark aligned with the mark on top of the instrument.
3. Close the lid and press READ
. The display will show blinking dashes and the icons for cuvette,
detectors and LED will appear during measurement.
