Note

: It may be necessary to open

the notch in the wheel pant slightly

to fit over the hex on the axle.





Step 5

Drill the locations for the pant screws using a

5/32" (4mm) drill bit. Insert two 4-40 blind nuts

into the holes from the inside of the wheel pant.





Step 6

Attach the wheel pant to the landing gear using

two 4-40 x 1/2" socket head screws.





Step 7

Position the wheel so it is centered in the wheel pant.

Tighten the collars once the wheel has been positioned.



Step 8

Repeat Steps 2 through 7 for the other wheel pant.
